In the high-stakes arena of cybersecurity, Graeme doesn’t just secure systems; he secures futures. With over two decades at the forefront of IT and cybersecurity, Graeme has mastered incident management, risk mitigation, strategic project execution and most recently Artificial Intelligence. But what truly sets him apart is his origin story: not in code, but in compassion.

Before embarking on his technology journey, Graeme served as a social worker specializing in child protection. This early career experience instilled a deep sense of empathy and a relentless commitment to safeguarding others. As technology began transforming workplaces, Graeme discovered a natural talent for understanding how digital tools could both empower and endanger organizations. This unique fusion of human insight and technical acumen has fueled his passion for cybersecurity and shaped his mission: to protect the digital well-being of individuals and organizations alike.

Today, Graeme brings a singular combination of technical expertise and human understanding to the ever-shifting cybersecurity landscape.  He empowers clients to thrive in an increasingly vulnerable world, ensuring that security is not just about technology, but about people.

Graeme holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Public Policy Administration and Social Work from the University of Central Lancashire UK and the following professional certifications: CISSP (Certified information Systems Security Professional); CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, (CHRP) Certified Human Resources Practitioner and ITIL Foundations.

Chi is a management consultant and cybersecurity professional with over two decades of experience in Information Security and Risk Management. He brings a blend of technical knowledge and strategic planning, helping organizations strengthen their security posture, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives. Leveraging project management skills, he has successfully led the deployment of digital transformation programs and infrastructure solutions, empowering businesses to stay agile in the face of evolving threats.

Jack Ranieri

Jack Ranieri is an IT management professional with over 35 years of experience in Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.  Most recently spending 14 years at Sinai Health (Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital) where he was the Senior Director of Information Security. 

During his career, Jack has played key roles in hardware/software product development, IT service management, IT governance, capital redevelopment, process improvement, project management, quality management, and more.  His current focus is on AI security and governance.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, he is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and holds the following professional certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISSP (Certified information Systems Security Professional), CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CompTIA Security+, and ITIL Foundations.

Robert J. Ranieri

Robert J. Ranieri is a strategic public sector and policy professional with experience in administration and corporate governance. Robert has held positions in the Ontario public sector, including the Ontario Court of Justice, where he developed legal and administrative processes. 
 
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (H.B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction, and is certified in Project Management. Having served on the Leadership Team for the University of Toronto Mississauga Project Management Office (PMO) Community of Practice, Robert has led cross-campus collaboration on project management best practices.
 
Committed to community service, Robert has volunteered at Sinai Health System, assisting with legal compliance and governance initiatives and is dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions and integrity in governance, shaping the future of public sector administration.

Stacey is a seasoned communication professional with over two decades of experience in television broadcast news and leadership in Canada’s largest newsrooms. At Magenta Cybersecurity, she leverages expertise in storytelling, media training, and stakeholder engagement to help organizations communicate effectively about cybersecurity. Her background managing editorial teams and delivering high-impact stories translates to developing robust cyber event crisis communications strategies—ensuring rapid response, clear messaging, and coordinated team efforts.
Stacey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Sociology from York University and a postgraduate diploma in Journalism & New Media from Sheridan College.
